Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) following successful payment verification.
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent for your records.

Shipping Costs
Complimentary Priority Shipping Worldwide is currently offered on all orders.
Should shipping fees apply in the future, all applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking details, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Delays
In the event of an unforeseen delay, our client services team is available to assist. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and work toward a timely resolution.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund following the completion of a carrier investigation, in accordance with our policies.
