Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Laurent Montclair, we take great care in crafting each timepiece. Should a return or exchange be required, the following policy outlines the conditions under which we are able to assist.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned in original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or order number

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions or to issue a partial refund where components are missing or items show signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), return instructions, and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.

Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If a return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or product defective upon arrival), return shipping will be fully covered by Laurent Montclair.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind or preference), return shipping may be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is provided, or you may return the item using your own trackable shipping method.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Items returned used, altered, or incomplete may be refused or partially refunded. In certain cases, a restocking deduction of up to 15% may be applied to cover inspection and repackaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Within 7 Days)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Kindly include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Our team will promptly assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty or grooming products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to purchase or return.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, approved returns should be processed first. Once the return is complete, a new order may be placed for the desired replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and the refund has not appeared, please contact us at contact@laurentmontclair.com.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that are refused or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts will be refunded minus:

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)

  • Any return shipping or carrier fees incurred
